Tim is an experienced Operations Manager having worked in the litigation and collection sectors for over 30 years. He has extensive knowledge of all aspects of the business and has responsibility for the operational teams. Tim is used to managing high volume litigation cases and works closely with the teams to ensure that they provide a high quality, compliant and cost effective service. Outside of work, Tim enjoys all sports especially rugby and football. |

An affiliated FCCA member, Julie is our Finance Manager and joined the company in July 2018. Julie has over 16 years’ experience in the legal sector having worked in law firms including Thrings, Clarke Willmott and Veale Wasbrough Vizard. Julie is responsible for the management of Finance within Kearns and works closely with all of the legal teams. She is also responsible for the provision of management information reporting. Outside of work, Julie likes to keep active by cycling, running and going to the gym. |

Lucinda joined Kearns in September 2019 and has oversight of our Landlord and Tenant department. A specialist in Landlord and Tenant law, Lucinda has experience representing a broad range of clients including private landlords, housing associations, local authorities, property management companies and estate agents. Advising both landlords and tenants, Lucinda has extensive experience in bringing and defending possession, disrepair and tenancy deposit claims. Lucinda is also experienced in dealing with tenancy enforcement matters including anti-social behaviour, lack of access, property damage and civil injunction proceedings |

Traceylee joined Kearns in January 2022. She has more than twenty years’ experience as a HR Generalist, and brings a sustainable track record of achievements in global organisations. Traceylee is CIPD/BPS qualified and has a strong commitment to business success through our people. Traceylee’s interests are interior design, reading, travel and walking her dogs. |

Ross has more than 40 years’ experience in the finance industry and recently joined Kearns as a Litigation Specialist. Ross has developed an extensive knowledge of bulk litigation on secured and unsecured debt as well as the return of goods process for auto finance. |

Robert joined Kearns in 2022. He has over 33 years post qualification experience. Robert has extensive experience of civil litigation, particularly in the area of property disputes. He has considerable knowledge of landlord and tenant law, practice and procedure and is very experienced in both residential and commercial disputes. Robert’s interests include reading, cinema, walking and spending time with his family. |
