Booking procedure Straightforward and simple. Save time and money by arranging your court attendance with us. - Telephone, fax, post, DX or e-mail details of hearings to us, or use our online booking form.
- We will enter this information into our bespoke diary system.
- We arrange an advocate to attend.
- Clients forward us the papers by e mail attachment, DX, post or fax.
- We ensure all papers and detailed instructions are forwarded to the advocate in advance of the hearing.
- We cover the hearing for you.
- We then report the result of that hearing on the same day – guaranteed.
- Short notice applications (such as suspension of warrants) are dealt with urgently. Papers are usually faxed and reports are always by telephone - immediately after the hearing where an eviction appointment has been arranged.
- Original documents are returned with our invoice following the hearing. Monthly statements of account are forwarded where our clients prefer.
